Update, October 9, 2009.
In ten days it will be two years since Liliana was murdered.  Justice is slow and expensive in third world countries.  To get anything done you have to pay someone be it a judge, police officer, or investigator with the government.  Things are being done, but it takes time to do it legally there.  Those that murdered Liliana will be caught and they will pay for killing her.  Justice is a hell of a lot cheaper in a prison than on the streets.   For those that helped me i appreciate it.  I am now trying to put together enough money to have some medical test run.  It is expensive, and there are so, so many methods to look at with out giving away any secrets.  I think I now know how she was murdered and I know those that were involved.  Again, thanks and I am sorry for the secrecy, but I can not divulge any strategies right now.   IF you want to help contact me at 1- 918- 553- 0002 United States of American 24/7.

There is nothing that I am able to say as of this date that would not interfere with the on going investigation.  There is a considerable amount of pressure being applied to this case, but third world justice is sometimes very slow.  The difference in justice is the amount of money that everybody asks for.  Be it a lawyers, police officers, doctors or who ever.  No one will help or talk without getting paid.  Sort of sounds like justice in our civilized society ..... Huh?  Sorry for the cynicism.
More when I can.       Newt
